It’s my favorite time of year...the period leading up to Verse & Vino.

In some ways, this year's event will be familiar. The seventh annual Verse & Vino fundraiser will feature five New York Times best-selling authors, celebrate the joy of libraries and literacy in our community, there will be plenty of wine and books and delicious food, and Sheri Lynch will be the emcee. As in past years, our community's largest book club will gather to support our Charlotte Mecklenburg Library.

But this year, we'll do it all online.

For everyone's comfort and safety, and with the support of Presenting Sponsor PNC Bank, First Edition Sponsors Bank of America and Southminster, and all our generous sponsors, we've transformed this year's event to be an interactive, digital experience. It will stream over a secure platform to your phone, computer, tablet or smart TV. We've retained the elements that make Verse & Vino special, and incorporated new opportunities for participation only possible on a digital platform.

Verse & Vino 2020 will be bigger than ever. Authors and attendees can tune in from anywhere in the world. And you can celebrate your way with friends, family, book clubs and clients - ticket options and sponsorship packages include books, wine, party packages, and even an elegant three-course meal.
