Hello ,
We've been home two weeks, and I continue to be impressed at all the ways we find to be together while we're apart. Our team meets daily over video-conference, and we now recognize each other's pets, children, partners and at least one side of one room in each home.
Virtual concerts, theatre performances, storytimes, museum tours, and more are becoming the norm - with new ways to use technology to interact emerging each day. The creativity at work in these short weeks is staggering and so inspiring.
While the Library's doors remain closed, we'll be staying in touch with a weekly e-newsletter, and periodically a video message. I hope you enjoy the first one - from my home to yours.
