Hello ,
I hope you and your family are staying healthy and finding some joy in your new routine. I find something comforting about the way neighborhoods are uniting to entertain and care for one another. Care packages on doorsteps, treasure hunts, driveway concerts, and sidewalk art are just a few of the ways creativity brings us together while staying apart.
Your Library continues to build community while social distancing. This week, new virtual programs launch for all ages - everything from learning circles and guided meditation to 1-on-1 "book a librarian" consultations over video conference. Check out the calendar, and let us know what you think.
National Library Week is coming up at the end of April, and the national theme is "Find Your Place at the Library." Over the last few weeks it's become clear that libraries are so much more than a place, and that brings a lot of joy.
Thank you for supporting your Library, and one another. Stay well,
Jenni Gaisbauer, CFRE Executive Director
